Adler Estates is a newly formed division of the established Eagle One group of private property companies which also includes residential, commercial, industrial, retail and leisure property divisions.

 

Adler Estates was established in 2022 to respond to the urgent, rising demand for rental housing across the Westcountry. 

 

We deliver high quality, energy efficient, professionally managed new build private rental homes. As Adler Estates builds and operates all its properties it is able to utilise its scale to offer good value and affordability. We ensure our purpose-built properties are built to a high specification and as sustainable as they are high quality, achieving EPC rating of A and providing PV panels for the benefit of the tenant.

 

Adler Estates is privately funded and as such we are not governed by mortgage or interest rates, allowing security and peace of mind for all our tenants.
